Shelvoke and Drewry/CFE WrL 1:60 scale white metal kit by Phoenix World Reproductions(PWR). Dates from early 1990s and no longer available I think. London pattern ladder racks but not a LFB machine. Fire Engine Photos site photo 17914 is closest to it.
