NFS Fire Station-1941 Part1.

This is the latest project I've been working on over the last few weeks and depicts a typical WW2 AFS/NFS Fire Station within the City of London during the last world war.The scratchbuilt model is in 1.76 scale and made from plasticard.
Using very thin sheets as an original base, the windows/doors area's were cut and windows then applied.Next, the four walls to each section were covered with corrugated sheeting(plasicard)on the exterior, and interior to give the model a typical barn effect which can be seen in the picture.
The next stage was to join the walls of both sections together making two seperate buildings and then apply the(plasticard)wooden effect for the beams in each building. To be continued.
