Little and large in 1/76 scale

Two contrasting appliances on the run with North Riding Fire & Rescue. The Volvo FL6/Fulton & Wylie WrL is a BW Models kit. The Smart car is a plastic model of unknown origin found at my local flea market and given a makeover with a shortened Cararama light bar and fire safety messages, inspired by the real ones operated by Cheshire FB.

I've now found out the origin of this Smart car and it came as rather a surprise, a Kinder Surprise to be precise. That's right, it was in one of those chocolate eggs with the plastic capsule inside containing a toy! Scaled to fit in the egg it ended up almost exactly at 1/76 scale.
