LLedo'Days Gone'Conversions.This picture shows 2 of those old LLedo'Days Gone'models of what I think were supposed to be Dennis Pump Escapes.I have decided as my next project to try and make them look a little better if possible,and as can be seen I've made a start.
The models when finished will consist of a pump, and a pump escape.I've made a start on that horrible wheeled escape and also made some changes to the appliances including putting in window screens,but as can be seen there is along way to go yet.I've cut one of the escape ladders as you can see to use on the pump,but can say the escape carriage and wheels will not certainly not be wasted,I'll make an early hose cart with it.
This is an on going project that I've only just started,but hopefully when finished should look I hope something totally different to what these horrible original LLedo models looked like.I just thought you might like to see at this early stage though the models whilst being re-modeled.
